Boil Water Advisory Lifted
The “Boil Water Advisory” for Bullitt County residents impacted by the water main break on Omega Parkway has been lifted. Water quality tests confirm that the water is safe to drink.
Please note, if your refrigerator has an automatic ice machine, allow the receptacle to fill twice and discard the ice. If you have a chilled water line on your refrigerator door, allow it to run for approximately one minute before using.
Thank you for your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Storm Debris Placement
Make sure tree limbs from the winter storm don’t cover the water meter lid! In some neighborhoods, Louisville Water Company meter readers are having difficulty locating and reading meters due to the debris on top of the lid. Our meter readers cannot move large piles of tree branches to read the meter. Your water bill will be estimated if we’re not able to read the meter. (Estimated bills are based on previous usage. During the next reading, the actual consumption is recorded and adjusted.) When you pile the debris for pick-up, check that it’s not covering the meter lid.
