What you get

  • Console errors and warnings logged during load
  • Uncaught exceptions and unhandled promise rejections, with their messages
  • A structured JSON list you can copy

How it works

  1. 1We open the URL in headless Chrome and listen to the console during load.
  2. 2Every console.error and console.warn is recorded, along with uncaught exceptions and unhandled promise rejections.
  3. 3You get the captured entries back as JSON.

What people use it for

  • Detect broken third-party scripts on a site you don't control
  • Add a console-error smoke test to your monitoring
  • Reproduce client-side errors without a local environment

Frequently asked

What counts as an error?
Anything the page reports through console.error or console.warn while it loads, plus uncaught exceptions and unhandled promise rejections. Plain console.log output is left out, because it is almost always noise.
Do I need to install anything on the site?
No. Unlike an error tracker, there is no SDK or script to add — we load the page like a visitor would and read what its console reports. That makes it useful on sites you don't own.
Does the page's JavaScript actually run?
Yes. It loads in real headless Chrome, so the console reflects what an actual visitor's browser would report.
Can I monitor this automatically?
Yes — this is a live demo of the URLpipe /console API endpoint. Poll it with a free API key to catch regressions.
