FAQ

Questions about this tool

Where do the numbers come from?

Each check runs one live lookup through the UnifAPI SEO keyword endpoint, which returns current Google search volume, difficulty, intent, CPC, and competition per keyword. Volumes are the bucketed monthly averages keyword indexes report — the same figures ad planners work from.

What does keyword difficulty mean?

A 0–100 estimate of how hard it is to rank organically on page one, based on the strength of the pages currently ranking. Under 30 is generally within reach for newer sites; over 70 usually needs significant authority.

Why does a keyword show “no data”?

The keyword index has no recorded volume for that exact phrase — common for long-tail queries, brand-new terms, and most question-style searches. No data doesn't mean no traffic; it means the term is below the index's reporting threshold.

What does a live check cost?

About 10 credits per check — 1 per keyword with a 10-credit minimum, so a full 10-keyword batch costs exactly the minimum. Sample checks are free, and the one-time 2,000-credit first-top-up bonus alone covers roughly 200 checks.

Can I check more than 10 keywords?

Via the API, yes — the same endpoint accepts up to 700 keywords per call, and companion endpoints cover keyword ideas, related terms, autocomplete suggestions, and the keywords any domain ranks for. See /apis/seo for the full surface.

Use the same data in your own agent.

Add UnifAPI once, then ask your assistant to fetch live public data with the same per-record pricing.
