  • The time for pilots has passed. Now is the time to talk about how we really build the future. That challenge set the tone for Innovate Americas 2026 in Dallas. Over two days, operators, vendors and ecosystem partners came together to share practical progress on building AI-native autonomous networks, scaling trustworthy AI and accelerating the Race to 2030. Key moments included: ✅ Trustworthy AI Governance Certification announced with Accenture ✅ 20 Technical Solution Packages launched to accelerate autonomous networks ✅ Practical strategies shared for advancing toward Level 4 autonomy ✅ Hackathon teams tackled one of the industry's biggest challenges: proving AI can be trusted 💬 "Trust becomes a license for growth." – Nik Willetts, CEO, TM Forum Thank you to everyone who joined us in Dallas. The Race to 2030 continues. 📍 Next stop: Innovate Asia, Bangkok, 17-19 November

  • Can you prove an AI agent did what it was supposed to do? That's the question participants tackled at the Trustworthy AI & Data Hackathon at Innovate Americas 2026. Q: What was the challenge? A: Teams were tasked with creating an auditable, repeatable and trusted record of how AI agents make decisions and take action. Q: What did participants build? A: Solutions that identify risk, implement controls and capture evidence in an end-to-end tamper-proof audit trail. Q: Why does it matter? A: As AI agents take on more decisions, organizations need evidence, not assumptions. Trust depends on proving systems operate within defined controls and governance. A huge thank you to the developers, builders and judges who made this challenge possible. And thanks to our partners Amazon Web Services (AWS), NVIDIA, Dell Technologies, Accenture and ServiceNow, with support from AT&T, for helping bring this vision to life. Because the future of AI won't just depend on what agents can do. It will depend on what they can prove.

NEWS | The industry just got a faster route to Level 4 autonomy. At Innovate Americas today, TM Forum unveiled 20 Technical Solution Packages — the first portfolio of its kind. Reusable, vendor-agnostic blueprints that turn proven network deployments into standards-aligned guidance any operator can pick up and use — across different networks, domains, and suppliers. No more reinventing the wheel. No more one-off proofs of concept. ✅ Shorter design cycles ✅ Lower integration risk ✅ Less vendor lock-in "The industry challenge has shifted from proving autonomy is possible, to scaling it systematically. Technical Solution Packages make proven implementations reusable, reducing design time and integration risk while giving the industry a practical route to scale Level 4 autonomy." — George Glass, CTO, TM Forum Target: 40 packages by DTW Ignite 2027. • NEWS | TM Forum and Accenture to establish first Trustworthy AI framework and certification. Boards are under pressure to prove AI is delivering business value. But as organizations delegate more decisions to autonomous systems, trust becomes critical. The challenge? While 72% of CSPs believe their AI capabilities are trustworthy, only 14% can prove it. Today, TM Forum and Accenture announced a new strategic collaboration to help communications service providers scale AI and autonomous operations with confidence. Together, they will deliver: ✅ The industry's first Trustworthy AI Governance Certification ✅ A common benchmark for governance maturity, workforce readiness and operational accountability ✅ A practical blueprint for scaling autonomous operations with accountability, transparency and control The initiative aims to turn AI trust from a policy aspiration into a measurable operational capability, giving leaders the evidence needed to approve AI use cases faster, strengthen governance and scale autonomy responsibly. "Trust enables autonomy to scale, but trustworthiness only becomes operational when every principle is supported by continuous, verifiable evidence." – Guy Lupo, EVP, Trustworthy AI and Data, TM Forum 🔗Read the news https://lnkd.in/e46ATd4Y
