Did you know you can see photosynthesis from space? 🌍🌱 This World Space Week, we’re celebrating NPL’s role in supporting ESA’s FLEX mission, helping scientists monitor the activity, health and productivity of plants from space orbit. NPL scientists are helping to ensure the measurements captured by the mission are accurate and reliable, giving us greater confidence in what FLEX reveals about our changing planet. Find out how we’re supporting the mission here: https://lnkd.in/e5QxKvak #WorldSpaceWeek

Every book deserves to be read. And every child deserves the chance to read one. 📖 That’s why we’re proud to be partnering with Fair Start, a local charity working with primary schools to build high-quality libraries and make books more accessible to children. Our NPL colleagues have been busy donating this September, resulting in five crates full of books heading to Fair Start last week! 📚 We’re excited to see where the story goes next, when the books help transform a local school library in January.
