Having laws that hold government accountable for emissions reductions is CRUCIAL. To strengthen #BillC12 we need: ✔️ Advisory body made of climate experts ✔️ The experts make the plans ✔️ If govt doesn't follow the plans, they must explain why to Parliament in writing
