Why are there so many reinvention of kubectl with something like helm integration. Fine that you wanted to develop *something*, but please to not promote others to use a tool like that. You’re giving people a bit-screwdriver with a glued in bit.
- Instead of disabling auto-sync in ArgoCD everywhere to play around in your validation cluster, just scale down your Application(Set)Controller.
- You can use ephemeral infra environments to isolate DevOps changes. Create clusters for every change you make before moving to production. I wrote my thoughts in a blog post.
