I've just discovered @proxyman_app and it looks like a pretty great Mac-only alternative to Charles Proxy. Super streamlined UI that gets right to the heart of what most of us want: to see the request and response being made from a specific app.

I’ve been using it at work for a while. I vastly prefer it to Charles. One thing I’m not sure about is saving a session and loading it up again later. It might be there and work well, I just haven’t used it.
