At the hospital, Liz tells Dante he can’t know for sure that Sonny was behind the attacks on Curtis and Sidwell. However, Dante informs her that Sidwell was behind the firebomb that almost killed Michael, so his dad wouldn’t let him get away with that.

Who Tried to Take Out Sidwell?
Joe and Justine visit with Curtis again, and he reiterates the ringleader named Sonny. Joe and Justine step out, and Joe asks if they should get a warrant for Sonny’s arrest. Justine says based on Curtis’ statement alone, no. They have to have evidence, so Joe says he’s on it.

Ric arrives and sees all the commotion. He approaches Dante and Liz in the hall to find out what is going on. Dante excuses himself, and Liz fills Ric in on the beating at Pentonville.
Later, Monet arrives to see Curtis, claiming to be his lawyer. He notes she’s not Martin, but she says he can use her expertise. Monet has reviewed his case, which shouldn’t have gone to trial in the first place. She says he doesn’t have to accept how things turned out, and they could file an appeal, as he’s not safe in prison. Curtis says Martin didn’t think an appeal had a chance, but Monet offers a fresh set of eyes. Curtis notes he doesn’t know her, so why is she taking such an interest in his care?

Liz interrupts Monet and Curtis and says her patient needs his rest. Monet leaves, and Liz didn’t realize Curtis had a new lawyer. Curtis says, “Neither did I.”

Meanwhile, Justine can’t stop thinking about Sonny promising he wasn’t going after Sidwell. Dante updates her that Sidwell is in surgery and may not make it. He asks if Curtis said anything, and Justine reiterates that Curtis said the attackers were acting on Sonny’s orders. Justine says one of Sonny’s enemies may have framed him. Dante notes it sounds like she wants his dad to be innocent. Justine understands why Sonny might want to hurt Sidwell, but there are bigger reasons he wouldn’t.
Can Sonny Help Rocco?
Rocco stops by Sonny’s to see if there is any chance his grandpa and Drew can make peace. He explains Drew is making things hard for Scout, and he’s not letting her see almost anyone. Sonny says Alexis won’t take this lightly, and unfortunately, he doesn’t see his situation with Drew getting any better. Sonny explains he and Drew are battling over a business deal, and he’s sorry Rocco and Scout got mixed up in this. Sonny tells him he should prepare himself that he might not be able to see Scout as much as he wants.
Does Ric Believe Sonny?
Suddenly, Ric bursts in and tells his brother they need to talk. Rocco takes off, and Ric tells his brother Curtis and Sidwell are at GH, having been beaten within an inch of their lives. Sonny assures him he did not send Vito to Pentonville to have Sully, his man on the inside, beat Sidwell up.

There is a knock at the door; it’s Joe, who has questions for Sonny, since Curtis said Sonny sent his assailants.
Ric gets rid of Joe, and Sonny explains he sent Vito to meet with Sully at Pentonville so they could protect Sidwell, as Sonny knew he’d be blamed if any harm came to Jenz. Sonny says they’ll need to find out who was responsible. Ric says it’s possible Sully betrayed him on purpose.
Joe returns to the hospital and tells Dante and Justine that Sonny’s lawyer stonewalled him. However, he turned up something else.

Lucas says she and Jason never would have worked out; they both have too high of expectations of other people.

Jason Gives Danny Advice
At the boathouse, Danny tells his dad how unfair it is that Charlotte has been sent away for trying to help him. Jason has been told about Charlotte’s plan and that she didn’t listen to Danny when he told her not to do it. Jason says he and Charlotte have been taking a lot of risks lately, but Danny points out there have been times they’ve had only each other to rely on.

Jason tells his son that as much as this situation may hurt him, he doesn’t think it’s a bad idea for them to spend time apart. Danny says Charlotte won’t be happy at boarding school, but Jason says her parents think it’s best for her. He says if Charlotte asks him to help her break out of school, the best thing he can do is tell her no.
Later, Jason finds Carly in her kitchen and tells her Danny is upset about Charlotte leaving. Carly doesn’t see Charlotte staying in boarding school and will most likely contact Danny for help. Jason explains he told Danny he needs to say no if she contacts him, but he doubts his son will. Carly and Jason both admit they’d do the same thing if they were their age.
Back at the boathouse, Rocco shows up to see Danny and says he’s sorry about Charlotte, and he knows he’s going to miss her. Danny blames Rocco for this and wants him to convince his mom to bring Charlotte home!
What Has Jordan Distracted?
At Aurora, Michael and Jordan are at work, but Jordan is distracted and touches her face. He asks if she’s in pain, and she says she occasionally gets some residual pain from her scars and then thinks back to Monet’s comments about her face. She gets them back on track to this big European deal, and Michael suggests she fly out to Paris and meet with the bigwig Bochard. She admits she’d be self-conscious meeting the important players in this deal.

Michael apologizes for pushing and worries about her, since she puts on such a tough exterior. Jordan brings up her sister, who couldn’t help but pick at her scars. She had gotten to a good point with her appearance, but her sister made her realize she was being a fool to think people could see past her scars. Michael says she’d turn heads in any room, scars or not.
They are interrupted when Jordan gets a call from Liz, who tells her about Curtis.
In the Show’s Final Moments
Britt tells Lucas she is better off without Jason, who tricked her, and she thought he could accept her as she was. She has learned love is not for her, so no more relationships and romance.
Carly tells Jason they just have to hope space and time will help Danny and Charlotte grow up. Jason worries his actions have had more impact on his son than his words. He doesn’t see his son staying out of trouble even with Charlotte out of the picture.
Rocco tells Danny it’s better for Charlotte to be away, because what happened with Drew was a wake-up call. Danny tells Rocco he blabbed about Charlotte, so he owes it to them to help get her back. Rocco yells at Danny to blame himself, as Charlotte got in trouble by taking on his problems.
Michael calls the clinic in Germany for Jordan, and it’s not the first time he’s tried to reach the doctor there who fixed him up.
Jordan shows up at the hospital to see Curtis, and learns what happened, and that Sonny is “allegedly” responsible.
Monet introduces herself to Liz and asks her to give Curtis her business card.
Sonny tells Ric that he’s been protecting Sully and his family since he’s been in Pentonville, so if he attacked Sidwell, then Sully believes he ordered it. He did not put a hit out on Curtis and Sidwell, but he has told people he’s been working to get out of the business. Now they’ll think he’s a liar.

Finally, Joe goes over footage from the visitors’ camera at Pentonville with Dante and Justine. Dante recognizes the visitor and inmate meeting that morning as Vito and Sully, both of whom work for his father.
On the next General Hospital, Danny punches Rocco! Ava tells Drew everything seems to be going according to plan. Alexis tells Molly her vow to be honest with Scout blew up in her face. Jordan tells Curtis he talks a good game, but she doesn’t believe it for a second. Ric meets with Jason, and Sonny says, “We need to take care of Curtis.”
