Newly retired NFL quarterback Russell Wilson and his wife, Grammy-winning singer Ciara, listed their Rancho Santa Fe property on the northern outskirts of San Diego late last year for $55 million. Almost eight months later, with no deal in place, they are trying again with a significant price cut.

The couple is now seeking $45 million for the Mediterranean-style spread, which they acquired for $14.5 million in 2021. They then gave the residence, completed in the early 2000s, an extensive makeover, most notably transforming an equestrian arena into a professional-grade turf football field where Wilson and his teammates regularly met up to practice during the off season. Branden Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates holds the updated listing.

Tucked away behind gates on a parcel spanning nearly nine acres within an exclusive enclave near Del Mar Country Club, the Amor Estate offers 30,000 square feet of living space spread across a seven-bedroom main home and a two-bedroom guesthouse. Other luxuries include a separate recording studio, a fitness center equipped with a sauna and cold plunge, a 10-car garage, and a motor court with parking for a dozen vehicles.

Introduced by a double-height atrium displaying a sweeping dual staircase, the primary dwelling is highlighted by a curvaceous, glass-lined living area and a formal dining room. A fireside family room connects to a kitchen with two islands and a breakfast nook, while a game room/billiards lounge comes with a seated bar. The private primary suite serves as an ultimate retreat, complete with a fireplace, office, custom closet, glam room, and marble bath.

In addition to the aforementioned football field, the resort-like grounds also host a pool with a spa and a waterfall, along with a pizza oven, a game pavilion with a candy bar, and a sports court for tennis, basketball, and pickleball.

Wilson played 14 seasons in the NFL, primarily with the Seattle Seahawks and most recently for the New York Giants. After officially announcing his retirement in June, he joined CBS’s Sunday NFL pregame show as an analyst. Ciara, meanwhile, snagged her first Grammy back in 2010 and has garnered four additional nominations.

According to Architectural Digest, the couple have completed a couple of eight-figure real estate deals in the past few years, including the 2024 sale of a $31 million Seattle-area abode and the 2022 purchase of a $25 million home in the Denver area.

  3. A man begged God for years to help him win the lottery and every time the man didn’t win he became a little more disillusioned until finally he passed away, as he approached the pearly gates he saw God and asked him why he never helped him and God said “You never bought a ticket”. Moral-God helps those who help themselves girl go out and make things happen for yourself if God is out there he will have your back if not you will learn to have your own.

  4. Ciara I have question for you I’m a homeless mom in California I feel like giving up how do u keep going

    1. Read your Bible, attend a Bible believing Church and participate in the work of Christ. Then allow God to bless you with what he has for you. Ciara has nothing to give you but God through his son Jesus Christ has given you everything if you will receive it and wait patiently for it

      1. Mr., you are exactly correct on repentance and asking Jesus into before your life. Thank you.

      2. Amen! God is here and in you! Homelessness is a stepping stone and you are on your way out of it! Where are you located. Call me, I will use my computer to find resources for you in that city. I’m down now but God and my faith refuse to allow me to face it. I’ve been through ALOT but this make you stronger! I am open for a call too!

    2. Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord! (Psalm 27)

I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears.” (Psalm 34)

Ciara may not see your comment so there is no need in placing your hope in that, BUT, if you put your hope in JESUS, HE ALONE can give you favor that will deliver you out of your situation. I pray the God of Abraham, Moses, and Jacob, hear you and bless you.

    3. God will answer all prayers you have to have faith and really believe in him. He will not fail you. You may go through tough times to teach you lessons, turn to God always he listens and he have never let me down.🙏🏽😊

    4. Speak life over yourself!!!! Write it, pray it and constantly imagine what you desire! Don’t focus on the 3D because it’s only what you believe is true. Change your thoughts and speak life!!!!
