Summary

Follow-up to #2432.

This PR updates the visitor examples to use mult(tm, cm) instead of cm or tm alone. This is consistent with the existing documentation for obtaining the full transformation from text space to user space and produces the expected output for the sample PDF.

The text-size question discussed in #2432 is not addressed by this PR.
