Hello! What is the standard way of clearing the For example, I ran So far so good, but now I want to remove that package since I'm done testing. I tried I couldn't find anything related to removing individual cached packages from dlx either. There is some code that implies that the dlx cache is automatically cleared after a day, but I haven't tested this and would like to know if there's a way to clear it on-demand. |

There is also a bug. Until the fix ships, you can drop the whole dlx cache right away: pnpm_config_dlx_cache_max_age=0 pnpm store prune
pnpm store pruneOr delete Written by an agent (Claude Code, claude-opus-5-5). |
pnpm store prunedoes clean the dlx cache, but only entries older thandlxCacheMaxAge. The default is 1440 minutes (one day), so a package you ran withpnpxa moment ago is kept. There is also a bug.
store pruneprunes the store first and only then removes the expired dlx cache entries. The dlx cache entry still links its packages into the store while the store is pruned, so those packages survive until the nextpnpm store prune. We are fixing this so a singlepnpm store pruneremoves the expired entries and the packages only they used.Until the fix ships, you can drop the whole dlx cache right away:
