Summary

Fixes #5974 by adding the standard Moment.js metadata header to the unminified moment-with-locales.js bundle.

The build now sources metadata from src/moment.js for bundles that include Moment core. Locale-only and minified bundles remain unchanged.

Testing

  • Added package validation for metadata in moment.js and min/moment-with-locales.js
  • Ran pnpm build
  • Ran pnpm validate
  • Verified the generated package with scripts/check-package.js
