The code-review suggestion could not carry a fenced block, so it left the python fence unclosed and dropped the closing paragraph and the Configuration heading. Rebuild the file from main with only the stale example run command removed.

Remove documentation references to deleted example files and directories that were removed in the examples revamp. The affected READMEs contained broken links to deleted files like realtime_joke_teller.py, phonic_realtime_agent.py, respeecher_tts.py, push_to_talk.py, background_audio.py, dynamic_tool_creation.py, structured_output.py, text_only.py, and the avatar_agents/ directory.
Developers following the AWS plugin README quick start would have attempted to curl a non-existent example file and run commands against it.
