* Polish news fragments and docstrings of recently added MessagePack test client support, get_param_as_media(), and get_query_string_as_media(). * Make get_param_as_media() and get_query_string_as_media() raise a plain ValueError when no handler is configured for the requested media type. Preserve the legacy default-JSON-handler fallback in get_param_as_json() to keep its prior behavior. * Replace the broken MessagePack body test with a real round-trip test parametrized over WSGI/ASGI and a variety of MessagePack-serializable values; add a test verifying msgpack= overrides body=. * Reference the precise OpenAPI 3.2 chapter (querystring parameter location) where the whole query string is treated as content.

This is an in-progress work stream of assorted minor cleanup items.
In particular, we want to make sure all newly added APIs, because changing anything later would be breaking.
