Given that 3.13t was an experimental platform, 3.14t has been out for a while and is significantly better, I suspect nobody has reason to use 3.13t any more.

Let's lighten CI load a little.

Makes sense to me!

Do you want to still allow builds? I can see arguments going both ways.

That's a good question, I'd suggest we drop support?

I will update this pr if so. I realise I also forgot to remove 3.13t from the clippy runs...

(drop support meaning prevent builds, unless the version check is disabled by the env var)

I think it's fine to drop support.

3.14t has many safety fixes that couldn't be backported. It's also about 30% faster than 3.13t.

PyO3 0.29 dropped support for the free-threaded build of CPython
below 3.14 (CPython declared free-threading supported starting with
3.14, see PyO3/pyo3#5865). Building against 3.13t now fails with
"PyO3 does not support the free-threaded build of CPython versions
below 3.14". Remove 3.13t from the wheel build and test matrices;
regular 3.13 and free-threaded 3.14t/3.15t remain.
