My Own Sweet Dionaea
You're a botanist and a biotech engineer. As such, for the greatest exhibition of your life, you prepared for it your latest experiment: your own Dionaea species. Maybe it's the stress of your competitive workplace, or the complicated state of your relationship with your husband, that has driven you to this impossible situation.
Because what do you mean you accidentally dropped undefined DNA into the Dionaea specimen's genetic mix and now you have a humanoid plant?
Let him whisper on your neck. Look into the eerily beautiful eyes staring back at you. For science… and don't forget who you are.
Game is 17+: Demo Content Warning
Minimal swearing, mental deterioration, suggestiveness, referenced child death, pet suffering, toxic relationships, morally gray characters.
- 5-6k words.
- Your man, and true love, ideally.

great game so far! i enjoyed the character voices however there were a few spelling errors throughout the demo. Funnily enough, I thought Dionaea was a girl and came here for yuri HAHA. Lastly, i hope Walter gets devoured by him, he's so entitled and pisstaking.

Fantastic work!! I love the art and designs so much, and the complex history between Saoirse and Walter has me intrigued to see where this will all go. (Poor Good boy!!)
The UI design adds to the immersion and genre so beautifully, too. I like the plant leaf frame behind Saoirse's portrait. The VA's did a great job bringing this demo and its script to life!!

Sorry for the late reply. MC has an elderly dog with increasingly bad health issues, so you get to see that from the get-go. Next not sure if it's spoiler considering this is a horror VN but you can ask me again if you really want to know 😅

I loved this game the whole idea of a humanoid plant fascinated me and to top it off it's based of a Venus Fly trap had me hooked.
Walter triggers me for personal reasons lol but its a shame cause he is so cute, but Dionaea is on another level I'm completely captivated.
