Claude Module
Pre-Work
This module prepares learners for the program with tool setup and a foundation in Agentic AI concepts and evolution, familiarizing them with the platforms used.
Concepts Covered
- The AI and Agentic AI Landscape
- Applications of AI and Agentic AI (Live Session)
- Tool Setup Session (Live Session)
Module 01: Generative AI Foundations
This module covers Large Language Model concepts, prompt engineering techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground AI in real data. Learners apply evaluation frameworks to measure and improve system quality, culminating in Project 1, a functional GenAI application solving a real business problem.
Week 01: LLMs and Prompt Engineering
- Understand how Large Language Models work at a conceptual level and explain how different prompting techniques influence LLM outputs.
- Apply the Intern Analogy and Persona-Context-Task framework to design clear, effective prompts that consistently produce high-quality results.
- Assess Natural Language Processing (NLP) business applications, including summarisation, classification, extraction, translation, and sentiment analysis, and craft prompts for each.
- Demonstrate the ability to generate structured outputs (tables, CSV, JSON), control AI voice, tone, and style, and build iterative prompt refinement loops for business tasks.
Week 02: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Understand how AI “reads” and comprehends proprietary company documents, and explain why grounding AI in real data reduces hallucinations.
- Apply no-code RAG platforms (Gemini Notebook, Claude Cowork, n8n) to build “Chat with Your Documents” systems and organize business knowledge bases.
- Assess business data integration, including connecting CRMs, spreadsheets, databases, and document repositories, for optimal AI retrieval performance.
- Demonstrate the ability to create knowledge management systems that ground AI in live company data and measure retrieval accuracy.
Week 03: Prompt Optimization and Evaluation
- Understand hallucination risks in customer-facing workflows and explain how to identify and mitigate false or inaccurate AI outputs.
- Apply quality scorecards to measure workflow effectiveness, including success rates, accuracy, speed, and cost, and establish baseline performance metrics.
- Assess A/B testing approaches to compare AI models (ChatGPT vs. Claude vs. Gemini) and determine which performs best for a given business use case.
- Demonstrate the ability to set up approval gates for high-risk outputs, create audit trails for compliance, and establish success metrics for automation workflows.
Week 04: Project 1
Week 05: Learning Break
Module 02: Introduction to Agentic AI Design
This module transitions from responsive to autonomous AI, exploring agent concepts and building agentic workflows. Learners design agents that pursue goals, use tools, and take action using no-code platforms. The module embeds safety, ethics, and responsible AI practices throughout, culminating in Project 2, a coordinated agentic workflow solving a complex business challenge.
Week 06: Core Concepts of Agentic AI
- Understand what makes an agent autonomous and explain how agents differ from chatbots and traditional automation.
- Transition from “ask a question” to “give a goal” thinking, designing workflows where agents pursue objectives independently.
- Assess how agents use tools, including web search, calendars, APIs, and databases, to interact with the world and take action.
- Demonstrate the ability to design multi-step agent workflows using n8n and Claude Cowork, and map out reasoning and action sequences.
Week 07: Ethics, Safety, Alignment, and Responsible AI
- Understand ethical risks in automated workflows, including bias in decision-making, data privacy violations, unintended consequences, and lack of transparency.
- Apply responsible AI practices to workflow design, including auditing for shadow bias, ensuring data security, implementing compliance checks, and establishing human approval gates.
- Assess workflow governance requirements for a given industry, and design guardrails to prevent unauthorized AI actions and ensure ethical automation.
- Demonstrate the ability to implement audit logging, set up approval workflows for sensitive decisions, and document compliance considerations for automated systems.
Week 08: Project 2
Week 09: Learning Break
Module 03: Building Agentic AI Systems
This module covers multi-agent orchestration and evaluation for no-code workflows. Learners design comprehensive monitoring systems, implement governance, and validate workflow performance end-to-end, culminating in Project 3, an end-to-end agentic solution addressing a complex organizational challenge.
Week 10: Multi-Agent Systems
- Understand how multi-agent systems work, including teams of specialized agents collaborating, with each agent having clear roles and responsibilities.
- Design “virtual departments” using n8n workflows, assigning Manager and Worker roles, creating hand-offs between specialized agents, and orchestrating complex collaboration.
- Assess multi-agent communication patterns, including how agents share information, resolve conflicts, and coordinate across business processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to build multi-step orchestrations where agents delegate, approve, and hand off work to other agents, and track data flow and dependencies.
Week 11: Evaluation of Agentic AI Systems
- Understand evaluation dimensions for workflows, including task completion rate, accuracy, speed, cost efficiency, and user satisfaction metrics.
- Apply business metrics and monitoring dashboards to measure multi-agent workflow performance.
- Design human-in-the-loop approval gates for critical decisions and exception handling, and identify where human oversight is required.
- Demonstrate the ability to monitor workflow health, identify bottlenecks and failure points, and optimize for cost and efficiency.
Week 12: Project 3
