Resource Monitor 26.09.3, wi-fi reporting will not be removed from Resource Monitor

Hi all,

Resource Monitor 26.09.3 is now available. The theme is wireless networking with both bug fixes contributed by Wencong (GitHub username: cary-rowen). Speaking of wi-fi reporting, it will not be removed from Resource Mnitor based on community feedback.

Changelog:

* NVDA will announce wireless network status reporting errors in more situations (contributed by cary-rowen).

* NVDA will correctly report wireless connection status with multiple wireless interfaces and SSIDs containing non-ASCII characters (contributed by cary-rowen).

Cheers,

Joseph
