Hello,
I'm writing to tell you all that a new version for the NVDA addon mirror
has been released. There was a bug where it would cause NVDA not to shut
down properly as well as not showing the settings for the addon. Please
install the new version.

I reported this issue directly to the developer. One of the fastest ways
to get an addon problem fixed is to contact the developer through
whatever channels they have, which in most cases is github.
