Scrolling in Object Navigation

I am using Windows 11 25h2, nvda 2026.2, and CrackTechLimited.LiveMCQ
version 1.7.0.0.

The concerned app is not very accessible. I have to perform most tasks with object navigation and review cursor. The problem becomes worse when I have to scroll. Sometimes, I have to scroll to expose more content to screen and screen reader.

Since the app does not support pc cursor in most screen and options and I have to use object navigation and review cursor, nvda does not scroll it automatically. I have to scroll with the mouse. I am not comfortable with using a mouse. So, what I am asking is, is there any option in nvda or any addon that allow me to scroll an app while using object navigation and review cursor?

Have a look under input gestures, under the mouse category - type the word scroll in the filter text box, and then look under mouse category - there are four gestures that will probably not have keystrokes assigned to them that might help here - but, I say might since you'd need to try it out, but think they might allow you to sort of replicate mouse wheel scrolling, etc.
