Lighthouse performance report

I ran [Lighthouse](https://developers.google.com/web/tools/lighthouse) on this site and generated [this](https://googlechrome.github.io/lighthouse/viewer/?gist=47f45b7914bf43ef43cbe1a44c23adf5) report. Before we go live, it would be good to review the details in the report and decide if anything is worth fixing.
