When amplify deploys the PR then show links to pages that have changed #43

Right now when a contributor raises a pull request, we trigger a build using AWS Amplify. Apart from doing this, it would be good to includes urls to the changed files that are in the Pull request, so that the reviewer can see those changed pages.
