identity providers form lacks of validation of fields #2799

Describe the bug

fields of the identity provider creation form has not validation on fields, so user could misdigit a value and wont get an advise

Regression Issue

Expected Behavior

all fields must have right validations

Current Behavior

fields are unvalidated

Reproduction Steps

• go to settings
• go to identity providers
• try create a new one
