Segmentation fault problem #306

Hi dear friends,
I installed unoconv on centos7 through

• yum install libreoffice-headless
• yum install libreoffice-pyuno.x86_64
• yum install unoconv.noarch
  then run:
• unoconv -l &
• unoconv -v -i utf8 -c "socket,host=localhost,port=2002;urp;StarOffice.ComponentContext" --format pdf lease.html

But I got，
Input file: lease.html
Selected output format: Portable Document Format [.pdf]
Output file: lease.pdf
Segmentation fault

then two problems here:

1. why Segmentation fault? while the lease.pdf appeared.
2. There is Chinese word in html, but things were messed up in pdf. it's ok when try txt with:
   unoconv -v -c "socket,host=localhost,port=2002;urp;StarOffice.ComponentContext" --format txt lease.html

What's wrong with my method? Thank you very much for any kind of help!
Environment:

• /usr/lib64/libreoffice/program/soffice.bin --version
  LibreOffice 4.2.6.3 420(Build:3)

unoconv --version
unoconv 0.6
