non-ascii characters are corrupted after conversion. #281

Hello,

We have been using unoconv in production environment to convert spreadsheet(xls,xlsx or ods) to csv. But we have been facing issue with non-ascii characters such as listed below. After conversion such characters are corrupted. we are unable to reproduce same issue in our identical test environment.
