Mesh converter creates meshes with [x] Lightmap static enabled, causing error spam:
"Mesh does not have normals for Global Illumination. Please ensure there are normals in your modelling package, or set the Normals property to Calculate on the Asset."
fixed in next update.
to manually fix:
// open PointCloud2MeshConverter.cs
// find lines inside BuildMesh()
mr.reflectionProbeUsage = UnityEngine.Rendering.ReflectionProbeUsage.Off;
GameObject lodRoot = null;
// add extra line between those
mr.reflectionProbeUsage = UnityEngine.Rendering.ReflectionProbeUsage.Off;
GameObjectUtility.SetStaticEditorFlags(target, ~StaticEditorFlags.LightmapStatic);
GameObject lodRoot = null;
*If you use mesh lods, inside BuildLODS() add that extra line of code after this line:
mr.reflectionProbeUsage = UnityEngine.Rendering.ReflectionProbeUsage.Off;
// add
GameObjectUtility.SetStaticEditorFlags(target, ~StaticEditorFlags.LightmapStatic);
