RecoverStakeUnrestricted allows third parties to trigger stake recovery.
While sendStakeRecovery wraps its operations in a try/catch block and returns a RefundMessage on recoverable errors, RecoverStakeUnrestricted places an assertion assert(in.valueCoins >= minFee, ErrorsPool.NotEnoughGas) outside the try/catch block.
If the caller provides gas even 1 nanoton below minFee, the transaction aborts abruptly via TVM exception, burning the caller's entire gas allowance without sending the standard structured error refund.
Although this behavior is undesirable, the issue is not considered practical because it has no impact.
The contract state remained unchanged; the gas was burned.
If the sender provided insufficient gas to bounce the message or set bounceable to false, that’s not contract's problem.
