Additional Use Grant: You may make production use of the Licensed Work at no

charge if, and for so long as, one of the following

applies:

(a) your use has no Commercial Purpose and the total

number of Devices across your Organization does not

exceed 1,000; or

(b) your use has a Commercial Purpose, the total

number of Devices across your Organization does not

exceed 100, and your Organization makes production

use of the Licensed Work on no more than one

server.

This no-charge permission applies only while all of

the following remain true:

(i) the ThingsBoard name, logo, and the "Powered by

ThingsBoard" attribution in the user interface

remain visible and unmodified;

(ii) you make production use of the Licensed Work

only with a valid license key issued to your

Organization by Licensor at no charge, and you do

not disable, bypass, or circumvent the license key

functionality of any copy of the Licensed Work

used in production.

Conditions (i) and (ii) apply solely to the

no-charge production use permitted by this

Additional Use Grant. They do not limit the rights

granted in the Terms below.

"Commercial Purpose" means use in connection with

any activity intended for or directed toward

commercial advantage or monetary compensation,

including use in the operations of an

organization that operates for profit. Use

by an accredited educational institution, or by a

non-profit organization as defined by applicable

law, is not a Commercial Purpose, provided such use

is not for commercial profit.

"Device" means each distinct physical or logical

source of data ingested into or managed by the

Licensed Work, whether connected directly or

through any gateway or intermediary; an

intermediary is a Device only as to data it

originates.

"Organization" means you together with every entity

that controls, is controlled by, or is under common

control with you.

Change Date: Four years from the date the Licensed Work is published.
