Link 'Title' sort order appears to use sort value order #2055

Expected behaviour

Links 'Title' column should use the link title for its (ascending and descending) sort order.

Actual behaviour

Links 'Title' column uses the link sort value for its (ascending and descending) sort order.

Steps to reproduce

Create new links with the following titles:

• Amsterdam
• Frankfurt
• Milan
• Prague
• Vienna

Confirm each link has an identical title and sort value. Links page sorting by 'Title' column works as expected.

Edit each of the above links and update the sort value (i.e. reverse search order to previous alphabetical):

• Amsterdam – sort value 50
• Frankfurt – sort value 40
• Milan – sort value 30
• Prague – sort value 20
• Vienna – sort value 10

Links page sorting by 'Title' column now appears to use sort value instead of title. I can see the logic of using an override sort value to sort when a tag scaffold is used, but admin-side sorting by title should use the actual title (IMHO).
