CSS framework dependency #179

Any CSS framework dependency should be moved out of core's templates and into the demo app. Ideally, we should be adding front-end bootstrapping as an option of the install generator: e.g. $ sprangular install --copy-templates bootstrap or $ sprangular install --copy-templates bourbon .
