enum34 causing errors when installed globally with Python 3.6.5 #649
Reading this issue for enum34, I do not believe that enum34 is intended to be installed with Python3.4 and up, and I'm having the following issue when it's installed (I'm doing some PYTHONPATH mangling to get a local virtualenv to also include some system wide python packages, btw):

class RegexFlag(enum.IntFlag):

Was wondering if something in setup.py can be tweaked to only install enum3.4 if it's version is less than Python 3.4 (something like the stackoverflow article linked here).
