parse does not detect a touch capable user agent

It seems that parse does not detect some touch screen user agents 

```python
>>> user_agent = u'Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; Trident/7.0; Touch; LCJB; rv:11.0) like Gecko'
>>> parse(user_agent).is_touch_capable
False
```

version = 1.1.0

any ideas ?
