Pipeline fails due to helm snapshot mismatches #2007

Describe the bug

The persistence-azure-monitor hook is missing the tolerations and affinity fields in the generated snapshot.

Steps To Reproduce

Run the helm pipeline, see for example here

Expected behavior

Fields should be included and tests succeed.
