I don t know what to think about the CI failures. They seems unrelated and they happen also on the latest merge on https://github.com/jupyterlab/jupyterlab/pull/13543. But I m surprised by their failure ...

Embedded images do not print if referenced as html

Describe the bug Notebooks can have embedded images. These images work just fine if they are referenced via markdown. However if they are referenced using html they display fine but they do not print. ...

Limiting file upload size

Is there any setting or configuration I can change to limit the max size of the files we allow users to upload into the lab (either with the upload button or drag-and-drop)? Thanks for the help.
