Rounding method results in Illegal value for max time after following manual's instructions #201

SDC tool used: tau-argus (batch file generated using https://github.com/lverweijen/piargus)
Version used: {'name': 'TAU-ARGUS', 'version': '4.2.0', 'build': '5'}
Operating system used: Windows
The following batch file was generated:

Running this results in:

However according to the manual and the code comments the arguments are:
case "RND"://TabNo, RoundingBase, Steps, Time, Partitions, StopRule.So after careful counting it turns out that 3 is the stop rule and not the max time. 3 is a valid argument according to the manual.
So please update the manual and code comments to have the right argument order.
