What happened?
I'm running multiple Saltstack instances. It seems, that with the 3008.3 updates, many (~50%?) minions cannot connect to the Master due to timeouts.
The salt master log does not show anything suspicious, the minions report a
Request timed out while waiting for a response. reconnecting.
