UI update for remote computer list on primary screen #14927

My connected remote computer list looks like the picture below:

I have some problem:

• I can not remember the relationship between connection ID and computers
• I need to find computer host name, but it not looks clearly

Is there somebody has the same problem ?

I am thinking about:

• make the font of host name decome larger
• change color to make it easier to identify (maybe swap the positions of the number and the host name)
