Historical price querys for special tokens #12646

Abstract

For currrent pricing we query the prices of some tokens in a special way: https://github.com/rotki/rotki/blob/develop/rotkehlchen/inquirer.py#L723

That is actually asking various onchain contracts.

We need to replicate this query for historical items by using archive nodes.

• Modify to use archive nodes for them by adding the block number
• Understand the RPC error of the contract not having been deployed there so we return proper error if price before token existence has been asked
