Implement a Github action flow where we track the performance of Rematch #881

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, we have a size action to avoid regression with the bundle size, but we don't have any test to check that our changes don't break the Rematch performance.

Describe the solution you'd like
A few months ago I've commited to the js-framework-benchmarks repository to compare against Redux, and we were good, but i want to track similar checks but in Rematch repo

• Implement a full suite of tests (we could check the js-frameworks-benchmark ones and implement similar ones)
• Add a Github Action to log on the pull requests if we break the performance or not
