[New WfMS] Chaldene #184

Description

@jan-janssen

@Max-ChenFei is working on the integration of the Python Workflow Definition in Chaldene. The export of Chaldene workflows to the Python Workflow Definition is already working and two examples are available at:
https://github.com/c3di/chaldene/tree/master/use_cases/6.%20export_as_pwd

    @Max-ChenFei

    Chaldene workflows can now be exported to the Python Workflow Definition, and workflows created using the Python Workflow Definition can also be imported into Chaldene, as demonstrated here:
    https://github.com/c3di/chaldene/tree/master/use_cases/6.%20export_and_import_pwd/case1

    @Max-ChenFei I noticed that chaldene comes with a number of requirements, in particular im2im, opencv and pytorch which seem to be specific to the image analysis application but not to using chaldene as a workflow manager in general. Is it possible to separate both? I would like to include chaldene in the continuous integration setup we have here to make sure any changes we make to the Python workflow definition in the future are still compatible with chaldene.

    For further testing I created a separate repository:
    https://github.com/pythonworkflow/testing-chaldene

    And started to compile a list of open issues:
    https://github.com/pythonworkflow/testing-chaldene/issues
