Python.Runtime.BadPythonDllException is getting when my .NET application is executed from web. It I execute it without web , the issue is not there. #2118

Environment

• Pythonnet version:From master branch, we have created this dll.
• Python version:3.9.10
• Operating System:Windows 10
• .NET Runtime:4.8 Framework

Details

• We have added Python functionality in our .NET application. On one machine facing issue. We run our desktop application as desktop and from web also we start the desktop application. It is working ok when executed as desktop.
  But when executed using web browser (there is code in that web application to detect our exe using registry and execute it with parameter) it fails. It starts the application and terminates it. In event viewer, we found the exception.

On other machines both desktop and web invocation is working fine.
