How I can fix this issue. #1745

  I want to play a MP4 format video using Pythonnet.
  The corresponding python code works.

From the above errors, I saw one funny thing:

From Windows 10 PC, I can't see such file: 'C:\Program Files\Python39\python39.zip'
There are other files, like:
'C:\Program Files\Python39\python39.exe, C:\Program Files\Python39\python39.dll, C:\Program Files\Python39\python3.dll, C:\Program Files\Python39\pythonw.exe, C:\Program Files\Python39\vcruntime140.dll, C:\Program Files\Python39\vcruntime140_1.dll
Please advise on how to fix this issue.
