Ran dnf upgrade - kasa no longer runs #1487

And with that someone made a fix. A pip3 (re)install ... and Life-R-Good - again. For what it's worth I've created a PHP web page, mimics the Android Kass app. As of today 1/27 the github load is a few days out of date. I'll try to get it updated today.
