This patch converts many function doc-strings to proper Sphinx format. All functions of
matlabdo now appear in the documentation: They are included with.. autofunction::in thematlabdocumentation, until their modules are documented.The big table at the start of module
matlabwas split into multiple small tables. The names of all implemented functions are now links to the their documentation.TODOs were enabled and included in the documentation.
