Getting an error in 'conda macos-3.{10,12}, Intel10_64lp BLAS lib' builds:

error    libmamba Could not solve for environment specs
    The following packages are incompatible
    ├─ libblas =* *mkl does not exist (perhaps a typo or a missing channel);
    └─ mkl =* * does not exist (perhaps a typo or a missing channel).
critical libmamba Could not solve for environment specs

    The GitHub Actions runners for macOS are now Arm-Based by default. There is no MKL for arm.
