Bug report

Bug description:

When working on adding float operations in #146307 the bytecode generation the CI failed for only the [i686-pc-windows-msvc] build. Link to failing CI:

i686-pc-windows-msvc

We can make the CI run by adding the -mno-sse flags:

8559fb8

Ideally we should not have to disable SSE at this might hurt performance.

    I propose instead we drop support for 32 bit Windows. It's an extra platform and we could do with less maintenance burden. Few people use it and more importantly the JIT is not performant on there.

    I'm in favour of dropping support for 32 bit Windows.

    @brandtbucher what do you think?

    Another point: dropping 32-bit Windows means we can tag more bits in the JIT, which allows u to do more reference optimizations, something we definitely want.
