Pagination resets to 1 when regain focus of browser tab #13251

Problem Description

when an paginator is shown with >= 2 pages on either pages (containers, stacks, images, etc) of portainer and current page is >= 2, click somewhere outside the browser window or switch to another tab, then switch back to the portainer tab, the paginator automatically resets to page 1.

Expected Behavior

the paginator should maintain the current page that user is viewing than reset to page 1.

Actual Behavior

the paginator resets to page 1 no matter which page it previously was

Steps to Reproduce

1. setup portainer
2. add an environment, named foobar
3. create 11 containers on foobar
4. open portainer -> foobar -> containers
5. set items per page to 10 and switch to page 2
6. open a new browser tab, then switch back to portainer tab
7. portainers resets to page 1

Additional Information

i noticed that #13027 seems reporting the same issue with a patch #13221 attached, but the issue still presence, not sure if the patch is not merged yet or it does not address the issue.
