In neovim after switching to using vim.lsp instead of lspconfig, when phpactor is enabled as I navigate around a php file, phpactor, or the lsp, prints a message to the messages log in :messages with the name of each token. When using something like noice.nvim that prints these messages, the messages keep appearing when navigating around the document.
This isn't an issue when going back to lspconfig.
Those messages keep appearing as I navigate around. Is there any way to avoid this behaviour and prevent the messages appearing?
