Refresh OX Security PR comment banner and home page banner (#8692)
* ui: refresh OX Security PR comment banner and home page banner - New OX Security banner for PR comments using current OX visual identity (dark navy, lime accent, official wordmark, Satoshi font), rendered at 2x with transparent corners - Home page banner now highlights v10, AI coding agents compliance, and up-to-date download/usage figures - Align banner alt text: 'graciously provided' -> 'provided' * [automation] Auto-update linters version, help and documentation * docs: single coding-agents mention in README intro, link to Coding Agents page instead of npx skills command * docs: link Coding Agents mention in generated welcome phrase to its documentation page * [MegaLinter] Apply linters fixes * docs: uniform centered platform and agent icon rows, add observability provider icons, official OX logo in home banner - Platform and coding-agent icons in the README welcome phrase are now rendered as centered rows with a uniform 40px height (generated by build.py), fixing inconsistent sizes and wrapping - Fix stray '>' baked into the platform icon URLs - Add Datadog, New Relic and Elastic icons, each linking to its observability provider page (Grafana now too) - megalinter-banner.png now displays the official OX Security wordmark instead of plain text * docs: use colored official agent icons, white tile behind dark-only marks - Windsurf, Roo Code and Kilo Code now use their official colored logos - Cline and Goose (officially black marks) are placed on a white rounded tile so they remain visible on dark backgrounds --------- Co-authored-by: nvuillam <17500430+nvuillam@users.noreply.github.com>
